Parking
Where possible, the developer offers parking facilities for all options.
Prescription costs
Prescription costs (customary in Valais) to be borne by the buyer, please calculate around 2.5 % of the sales price (depending on the amount) for:
- Transfer tax canton Valais
- 1 % for purchase prices between CHF 50,001 and CHF 500,000
- 1.3 % for purchase prices between CHF 500,001 and CHF 1,000,000
- 1.5 % for purchase prices over CHF 1,000,001
- depending on the location of the property: transfer tax municipality of Goms
- 50 % of the above cantonal transfer tax
- Land registry costs 0.2 %
- Notary fees 0.3 %
